01Who We Are
Based in Beirut.Connected globally.
CRS PLUS is a sourcing and procurement company headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon, serving the telecom, industrial and production-line, construction, and oil & gas sectors. Backed by an international network of verified suppliers, we deliver a distinct competitive advantage through a comprehensive range of services that ensure a seamless, professional, and dependable procurement and logistics chain.
We work closely with business owners, procurement managers, technical directors, and project managers on projects that demand rigorous sourcing, competitive commercial positioning, well-structured contractual frameworks, and precise logistics execution — with consistent follow-up and clear, professional communication at every stage.
02Why We Exist
The ProcurementChallenge
Sourcing internationally is where projects are won — and where they quietly fail. Five risks decide the outcome of every cross-border procurement operation.
Fragmented Supplier Markets
Verifying quality, capacity, and legitimacy across distant markets is slow — and high-risk when done remotely.
Price Opacity
Quoted prices rarely reflect true market levels across wholesale, manufacturer, and liquidation channels.
Specification & Quality Risk
Non-conforming technical materials surface late in the project cycle — when replacement is slowest and costliest.
Logistics Complexity
Multi-border routing, customs clearance, permits, and documentation can stall critical project timelines.
Contractual Exposure
Weak terms on warranties, payment, and delivery leave buyers carrying the supplier's risk.
CRS PLUS was built to close these gaps.
03Our Answer
How We Deliver
Four integrated capabilities. One accountable partner.
Quality-to-Cost Outcome
Our network of partnerships with qualified suppliers and field experts for specialised products — built through our verified supplier network — enables us to access, customise, and validate highly technical materials and hard-to-source requirements. This allows us to secure competitive offers, deliver effective solutions, and strategically optimise variables to enhance the quality-to-cost outcome of complex sourcing operations.
What we confirm before goods ship
Every order is checked against the purchase order at origin, before shipment. Specification conformity, quantity accuracy, documentation completeness, and condition are confirmed in writing — with non-conforming goods identified at pre-shipment inspection, before they leave the supplier. Warranty terms vary by item and are stated on the quotation.
The Chain That Never Breaks
Extensive expertise in logistics operations, encompassing inspection, testing, transportation, documentation, import-export regulations, international shipping compliance, special declarations, handling and packaging, warehousing, customs clearance, and the management of official licences and permits.
Transparent, Market-Tested Rates
Our collaboration with verified suppliers, combined with granular visibility across global markets — including wholesale and retail channels, liquidation streams, bulk stock opportunities, manufacturers, distributors, and subsidiaries — enables us to deliver highly competitive pricing. This ensures our clients are optimally positioned to achieve their project and tender objectives with maximum efficiency and value.

08Questions
Frequently asked.
Direct answers to the questions buyers ask.
What does CRS PLUS actually do?
CRS PLUS is a sourcing and procurement company. We act as our client’s procurement agent — identifying and verifying suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, managing quality inspection, arranging logistics and customs clearance, and delivering to the final destination. We cover telecom, industrial equipment and production lines, construction, and oil and gas production equipment.
How do you verify a supplier?
Every supplier completes a six-step verification process before entering any CRS PLUS quotation: trade licence and legal entity check, site visit or documented facility assessment, production capacity assessment, reference check with existing buyers, sample evaluation against specification, and financial standing and delivery-history review.
Are you an inspection company?
No. CRS PLUS is a procurement agent, not an independent inspection body. We conduct our own pre-shipment inspection as standard. Clients who require fully independent verification may appoint their own inspector or ask CRS PLUS to engage an accredited inspection body such as SGS or Bureau Veritas, with the cost passed through at rate.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
We respond with a structured offer — pricing, terms, and lead time — within 72 hours on average.
What sectors do you cover?
Telecom equipment, industrial equipment and production lines, construction, and oil and gas production equipment. Additional sectors are sourced on request.
Can you source against a BOQ or tender specification?
Yes. Send your RFQ, BOQ, or tender specification and we source against it — clarifying ambiguous specifications before pricing so quotations are comparable.
What documentation do you provide with a shipment?
Material test certificates, certificate of origin, and packing list are supplied where the specification requires them. Pre-shipment inspection is conducted as standard.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
We handle the full range of Incoterms as part of our logistics coordination — routing, customs clearance, permits, and multi-modal transport — structured to match the client’s commercial and delivery requirements.
What happens if goods do not match the specification?
Non-conforming goods are identified at pre-shipment inspection, before they leave the supplier — which is when an issue is cheapest and fastest to resolve. Rejection happens at origin, not on arrival.
Do you hold stock?
No. CRS PLUS sources to order against each client’s specification. We do not hold inventory.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Our supplier network spans East Asia, Europe, the GCC, the Americas, and Africa, and we deliver to client-specified destinations globally.
