Huawei RRU3276 — LTE TDD Band 38 remote radio unit (02311LBM)
The RRU3276 is Huawei’s LTE TDD blade radio, and the 02311LBM code is specifically the Band 38 build. This is the part of the family where buyers most often go wrong, because the band is fixed by the material code rather than set in software — and the same model name covers Bands 38, 40 and 41.

A request for “RRU3276 2600” is ambiguous. Band 38 and Band 41 are both 2.6 GHz TDD and are not interchangeable in a network. The material code is what settles it, not the model name.
