Ericsson Radio 4415 B3 — KRC161637/1
The Radio 4415 is the four-transmit four-receive member of the same macro family as the Radio 2217 and 2242 — built-in MIMO, antenna calibration and TX/RX diversity on one unit. The B3 build covers Band 3 at 1800 MHz. Be careful with third-party specifications for this radio: a widely copied description has it as 2T2R, 40 W, 2100 MHz, and all three of those are wrong.

Fans must be fitted if the unit is mounted in any orientation other than vertical. And to repeat the correction above: this is a 4T4R, 4 × 40 W, 1800 MHz radio, whatever a reseller listing says.
Equipment condition
New — factory-sealed, supplied through the manufacturer's authorised channel or an authorised distributor, with full manufacturer warranty.
New surplus — unused factory stock, original packaging where available, sourced from decommissioned projects or distributor inventory. Manufacturer warranty may have lapsed; CRS PLUS warranty applies.
