Ordering notes

Confirm form factor: Mini Mono, Mini Blade and standard PCIe adapters are mechanically distinct. Confirm whether cache and battery backup are required — H330 has no cache, H730 and H730P do, and the backup module is a separate line. For host bus adapters intended for software-defined storage, confirm the controller can be run in pass-through or IT mode on the platform in question. Cables between controller and backplane are chassis-specific and quoted separately.

Lifecycle and availability

Controllers are supplied new, new-old-stock or refurbished with condition stated per line. Cache battery and capacitor modules are consumable and their condition is stated separately.

Equipment condition

New — factory-sealed, supplied through the manufacturer's own channel or a qualified distributor, with full manufacturer warranty.

New surplus — unused factory stock, original packaging where available, sourced from decommissioned projects or distributor inventory. Manufacturer warranty may have lapsed; CRS PLUS warranty applies.

Refurbished / tested — previously deployed equipment, cleaned, firmware-checked and functionally tested against the manufacturer's specification before shipment. CRS PLUS warranty applies.
