The Flatpack2 DC/DC 380/48 3000 SHE converts a 380 V DC bus down to the 48 V level (54.5 V default) used by telecom equipment, at up to 98.2% efficiency. Eltek introduced it in 2014 for HVDC-powered central offices and data centres. It uses the standard Flatpack2 module format and is supported by Delta, which acquired Eltek.

The Flatpack2 DC/DC family
Flatpack2 DC/DC converters share the Flatpack2 module format. The 380/48 converter is often confused with the Flatpack2 380/3000 HE, which is the AC/DC rectifier that creates the 380 V bus in the first place.

Give the system or shelf the converter mounts in — a 380 V DC input needs a shelf wired for HVDC input — the label part number of the unit being replaced, and the quantity. Quote the exact part number with its revision suffix, the platform or system it goes into and its software release, and the quantity. We quote new, new surplus and tested refurbished units as separate lines, state the condition and origin of every unit on the quotation, and confirm compatibility from the details you give before you commit.
Equipment condition
New — factory-sealed, supplied through the manufacturer's own channel or a qualified distributor, with full manufacturer warranty.

Is the 380/48 3000 SHE the same as the Flatpack2 380/3000 HE?
No. The 380/3000 HE (241119.825) is an AC/DC rectifier that produces the 380 V DC bus. The 380/48 3000 SHE is a DC/DC converter that takes that bus down to 54 V for telecom loads.
What is its part number?
Eltek does not publish it on the public data sheet. Send us the label of the unit being replaced, or the system part number, and we will confirm the exact code with the quotation.
What efficiency does it reach?
Up to 98.2%, which was the figure Eltek announced at its 2014 launch and is the reason it is specified for HVDC central offices and data centres.
Do you supply the 24 V and 48 V Flatpack2 DC/DC converters as well?
Yes: 241115.600 (24 V output) and 241115.602 (48 V output), both 1350 W with an 18–75 V input.
