Eltek Flatpack2 and Flatpack S rectifier modules
Eltek built one of the most widely deployed rectifier module families in telecom power systems before its 2015 acquisition by Delta, and Flatpack2 and Flatpack S modules remain in service across a large share of legacy and current sites in Africa and the Gulf. The enquiries we get are almost always a straight replacement — the shelf is fine, one module has failed, and the buyer needs the same wattage and voltage class rather than a system redesign. This page lists the Flatpack2, Flatpack S, Flatpack and Minipack rectifiers, converters and solar chargers, and the Smartpack controllers and CAN monitoring nodes, with Eltek article numbers.
How to read these part numbers
Eltek article numbers identify the module exactly. 241115 is the Flatpack2 2000W family and 241119 the 3000W family; 241122 is Flatpack S and 242100 the Smartpack controllers and CAN nodes. The three digits after the point give the voltage class and efficiency grade: .100 is the older standard-efficiency unit (about 92–93%), .105 is HE (about 96%) and .106 is SHE (97.8%); .2xx denotes 24V, .7xx 48–60V and .8xx 110V and above. A trailing M marks a marine-certified version. The voltage in the model name — 24, 48, 60, 110, 220 or 380 — is the DC bus voltage and is not interchangeable between installations.

Ordering notes
Give the exact Flatpack2 or Flatpack S model including voltage class and wattage — a 48V and a 24V module of the same wattage are not interchangeable and share only the family name. Confirm whether your shelf accepts SHE modules if you are upgrading from HE. Condition is stated per quotation — new, new-surplus or refurbished — and where a destination does not admit used network equipment (Algeria is the usual example) we quote new. Hardware only: software licensing remains between the buyer and the manufacturer. Destination type approval and import permits (CST/SABER, TDRA, ICASA, CA, CMC, ARPCE) are the buyer's responsibility and we will say so on the quotation.
Lifecycle and availability
Flatpack2 and Flatpack S remain in production under Delta-Eltek and are sourced new; SHE modules are the current high-efficiency generation, while Minipack, Flatpack 1500 and non-HE Flatpack2 modules are legacy and supplied new-surplus or refurbished. Earlier Eltek-branded stock (before the 2015 Delta acquisition) is functionally identical to current-production modules of the same article number.
Equipment condition
New — factory-sealed, supplied through the manufacturer's own channel or a qualified distributor, with full manufacturer warranty.
New surplus — unused factory stock, original packaging where available, sourced from decommissioned projects or distributor inventory. Manufacturer warranty may have lapsed; CRS PLUS warranty applies.
Refurbished / tested — previously deployed equipment, cleaned, firmware-checked and functionally tested against the manufacturer's specification before shipment. CRS PLUS warranty applies.

Frequently asked questions
Is Eltek still a separate company from Delta?
Eltek was acquired by Delta Electronics in 2015 and now operates within the Delta group. Existing Flatpack2 and Flatpack S article numbers and specifications are unchanged, so a module bought today will match one installed years ago.
Can I upgrade an HE module to SHE in the same shelf slot?
In most Flatpack2 and Flatpack S shelves, yes — SHE modules share the mechanical and connector envelope with HE modules of the same voltage and wattage class. Confirm your specific shelf model with us before ordering if you are unsure.
What is the difference between 241115.100 and 241115.105?
Both are Flatpack2 48V 2000W modules. 241115.100 is the earlier standard-efficiency version (about 92.5%); 241115.105 is the HE version (about 96%) and 241115.106 the SHE version (97.8%).
Do Flatpack modules work with non-Eltek shelves?
Only in a shelf designed for Flatpack form-factor modules, which some third-party cabinet builders use under licence or compatible design. Tell us the cabinet manufacturer and we will confirm fit.
