Vertiv NetSure DC power systems and rectifier modules
Vertiv (formerly Emerson Network Power) rectifier platforms sit behind a large share of the DC power installed at telecom sites across the Gulf and East Africa, usually specified alongside whichever radio vendor built the site but sourced independently once the warranty runs out. The enquiries we see are almost always a failed rectifier module needing a matching replacement, or a system controller that has stopped reporting. This page lists the NetSure 211, 2100, 212, 502, 531, 5100, 701, 731, 7100, 801 and 8200 systems, the R48 and R24 rectifier modules, DC/DC and solar converters, and the NCU, ACU+ and SCU+ controllers, with Vertiv spec numbers and Ericsson-channel BML codes where published.
How to read these part numbers
Rectifier modules are coded R48-<wattage><suffix>: R48-3500e3 is a 48V, 3500W module. A trailing e or E denotes the high-efficiency eSure line and the number after it (e3, E4) the generation; an A suffix marks the lower-cost Class A grade (about 92–95%). R24 modules are +24V. Vertiv spec numbers follow the model — 1R483500E3 for the R48-3500e3, 1C… for converters, 1S… for solar converters, 1M… for controllers — and Ericsson supplies several of the same modules under BML codes (BML 440 033/1 is the R48-2000e3). NetSure model numbers identify the system class: 211 and 2100 are small embedded systems, 531 and 731 compact shelves, 701, 7100, 801 and 8200 large-capacity plants.

Ordering notes
Give the exact NetSure system model and shelf generation, not just '48V rectifier', since Vertiv has revised the R48 module family several times and older shelves do not always accept the newest module generation. The R48-3500E4 is backward compatible with R48-3500e3 slots; the NCU (M830B / M830D) replaces ACU+ and SCU+ controllers and retrofit kits exist for NetSure 700 / 701. State the output wattage you need and whether a controller is included or required separately. Condition is stated per quotation — new, new-surplus or refurbished — and where a destination does not admit used network equipment (Algeria is the usual example) we quote new. Hardware only: software licensing remains between the buyer and the manufacturer. Destination type approval and import permits (CST/SABER, TDRA, ICASA, CA, CMC, ARPCE) are the buyer's responsibility and we will say so on the quotation.
Lifecycle and availability
The NetSure 731 A41 and 801 AG1 platforms remain current production; older 701 A02/A03 systems and early-generation R48 modules are supplied new-surplus or refurbished. Vertiv's eSure-suffixed modules are the current high-efficiency generation and are the ones we source new; earlier non-e modules are surplus stock only.
Equipment condition
New — factory-sealed, supplied through the manufacturer's own channel or a qualified distributor, with full manufacturer warranty.
New surplus — unused factory stock, original packaging where available, sourced from decommissioned projects or distributor inventory. Manufacturer warranty may have lapsed; CRS PLUS warranty applies.
Refurbished / tested — previously deployed equipment, cleaned, firmware-checked and functionally tested against the manufacturer's specification before shipment. CRS PLUS warranty applies.
Condition is confirmed in writing on every quotation before you commit to an order.

Where equipment is supplied new through the manufacturer's own channel, the manufacturer's warranty applies and is passed to you.

Will an R48-3500e3 fit a system built for R48-3000e3?
Usually yes within the same shelf generation, since Vertiv keeps the physical form factor consistent within a NetSure family — but confirm your shelf model and controller firmware with us before ordering, since older controllers sometimes cap the module wattage they will report correctly.
Do you supply Vertiv system controllers separately from the rectifier shelf?
Yes. M221S and M830B controllers for the NetSure 731 A41, and M830D for the 701/801 series, are sourced as standalone spares when only the controller has failed.
Is Vertiv the same company as Emerson Network Power?
Yes — Vertiv is the renamed Emerson Network Power business, spun off in 2016. Older Emerson-branded NetSure and Netsure-family documentation and part numbers still apply to the same product line.
