Kathrein and Ericsson RET controllers and interface units

Kathrein controller part numbers use an 860-1000x format: 860-10006 is the Central Control Unit (CCU-1) managing up to 27 remote control units over three AISG buses; 860-10025 and 86010148V01 are RET controllers and remote control units at the individual-actuator level. Ericsson's KRC 115 032 family are RET Interface Units, with the trailing /1, /2, /4 marking revision and connector variant — /4 is the 4.3-10 connector version.

Confirm whether your existing installation is labelled Kathrein or Ericsson on the unit itself, since the same part sometimes ships under either brand depending on region and date — tell us both if you are not sure, and we will match by part number rather than logo. State the AISG bus version and how many actuators the controller needs to manage. Condition is stated per quotation — new, new-surplus or refurbished — and where a destination does not admit used network equipment (Algeria is the usual example) we quote new. Hardware only: software licensing remains between the buyer and the manufacturer. Destination type approval and import permits (CST/SABER, TDRA, ICASA, CA, CMC, ARPCE) are the buyer's responsibility and we will say so on the quotation.

Current-generation 860-series controllers remain in production under Ericsson; earlier Kathrein-branded stock is functionally identical and supplied new-surplus or refurbished. Ericsson's KRC 115 032 interface units are stable, low-obsolescence parts.
